The Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in partnership with the College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno and Extended Studies, is proud to offer study abroad opportunities for our business students. Courses focus on international business, management, entrepreneurship, leadership, and humanities through a combination of online instruction, lectures, tours, and more! All programs have limited space. Prices are based on Nevada residency, are per person, and do not include airfare.

Space is limited and applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis until spots are filled. Once filled, a waitlist will be available.
Eligibility: Students must be admitted to their upper-division business major by the date the Nevada Global Business course begins.
Lee International Ambassadors - Leadership Position and Scholarship
Students are invited to apply for the International Ambassador leadership position/scholarship. International Ambassadors are responsible for participating in one of the programs, as well as marketing and recruiting for the program year round. In addition, International Ambassadors hold a unique position within the school, engaging with distinguished alumni, business leaders, and community partners at different events hosted by the Lee Business School.
Students selected for this highly sought-after position will receive a scholarship to assist with the cost of the trip. To apply, you must submit an enrollment form then email an updated copy of your resume to Dana.Angioni@unlv.edu for consideration.
Singapore
- Trip date: January 2 – 9, 2027 (depart Las Vegas on December 31)
- Cost: $3,595
- 3 credits – BUS 400 Special Topics (undergraduate), BADM 791 or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Learn about Asia-Pacific trade in the context of one of the most diverse and culturally rich countries in the world. Several business visits with companies with Nevada ties are planned
- Fees include class credit, shared accommodations, local transportation, select tours, course materials, breakfast and special class dinner
Toronto, Canada
- Trip date: May 29 – June 5, 2027
- Cost: $3,595
- 3 credits – BUS 400 Special Topics (undergraduate), BADM 791 or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Management course, focusing on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) and challenges and opportunities of doing business in Canada.
- Fees include class credits, accommodations, local transportation, selected tours, course materials, special class event and concluding dinner.
London, England
- Trip dates: (Undergraduates) June 26 – July 22, 2027 (depart Las Vegas on June 25)
- Cost: $6,895
- BUS 400 and BLW 302 (6 credits)
- BUS 400: Spend the first week visiting local businesses, understanding the new environment in a post-Brexit world. Students will examine British culture and its relationship to the business climate.
- BLW 302: Undergraduates will participate in a 3 credit class for the remaining 3 weeks.
- Fees include class credits, accommodations (single and ensuite), local transportation for course-related work, select tours, course materials, a special class event, meals in the dormitory and a concluding dinner.
Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Trip Date: July 18 – 24, 2027
- Cost: $3,595
- 3 credits – BUS 400 (undergraduate), BADM 791 or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Course: Learn about business innovation, finance and entrepreneurship through the context of business visits in banking, manufacturing and retail business sectors. Argentine business leaders and American leaders working overseas will be the focal points of contact for students in the program.
- Fees include class credit, shared accommodations, local transportation, class field trips, cultural workshops, breakfast, and a final class dinner/excursion
Sydney, Australia
- Trip Date: Check back for 2028
- Cost: $3,595
- 3 credits – BUS 400 (undergraduate), BADM 791 or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Course: Explore Sydney’s dynamic business environment through a review of the family winery industry and a visit with the management team at Fairfield RSL to understand Australia’s gaming and hospitality sector. Students will also meet with local companies and guest lecturers to learn about entrepreneurship and trade in the South Pacific. Cultural excursions will include the Sydney Opera House, Bondi Beach, and the Featherdale Wildlife Center.

Cape Town, South Africa
- Trip Date: Check back for 2028
- Cost: $3,595
- 3 credits – BUS 400 (undergraduate), BADM 791 or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Course: Explore Cape Town’s dynamic business environment through visits to the University of Cape Town’s Business School, interactions with local entrepreneurs, and guest lectures from prominent business leaders. The course also dives into Cape Town’s unique cultural and economic landscape, including the wine industry, minim sector, and other areas where Nevada and Cape Town share common interests, all enriched by a mix of educational workshops and cultural excursions.

New York, New York
- Trip date: June 8-14, 2025
- Cost: $3,595 for double occupancy, $4,295 for single
- 3 credits – MGT 491(undergraduate) or BADM 729 (graduate)
- Management science and humanities come together through exploration of museums, plays, films, galleries, readings and lectures. Design thinking concepts are discussed, challenged and deconstructed.
- Fees include class credits, accommodations, course materials and five class meals
Poland
Learn about Polish business culture, traditions and leading companies in exploration of the major economic centers of Warsaw and Krakow.
Costa Rica
Learn about Central American trade and how developing countries develop vibrant business communities as well as attract foreign direct investment.
