Course: Explore Sydney’s dynamic business environment through a review of the family winery industry and a visit with the management team at Fairfield RSL to understand Australia’s gaming and hospitality sector. Students will also meet with local companies and guest lecturers to learn about entrepreneurship and trade in the South Pacific. Cultural excursions will include the Sydney Opera House,  Bondi Beach, and the Featherdale Wildlife Center.
